The Bolaven covers a large area East from Paksé, on the other side of the Mekong river. It is big enough to spend a few days, but as we had only one day left before our next flight to Siem Reap, we took a van from Champasak and made a loop over a single day before returning to Paksé at nightfall.
This was quite intense as there is many stuff to see, but the landscapes (especially the waterfalls) were really worth it.

We also took the chance to visit a coffee plantation on the road. There was no guide to visit it but luckily for us, Mr. Ko, our driver, knew it well enough and was happy to share its knowledge with us.
